The wonderful thing about going on an inner work journey is that you just turn up and go! There is no packing, no pre-planning, no queues......all it requires is you to choose "yes" and the adventure can begin.
Think of me as your tour guide or sherpa. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate yourself along the path ahead. I don't have a pre-defined route for you to follow but there will be signposts, guidance and invitations along the way which will help you make the best choice for yourself at each turn.

Who?
This masterclass is for anyone who has a sense that the best way to navigate the challenges and joys of life lies in a deeper inner connection with themselves but doesn’t know where to start or has tried this in different ways and is now looking for support to stay on the path of the inner journey they are already on.
What?
Over 4 weeks we ’ll explore, discover and play with ways to:
Why?
Only you really know why you would say yes to joining this 4 week journey. It may be that you have taken courses, read books, developed your own practice and now feel you’d like to go a little deeper with the inner work to discover more about yourself and how to navigate the challenges of life. It may be that know that unless you have the support of others you can easily “fall off the wagon” and so a community of practitioners led by an experienced teacher will help you stay on the path. Or it may be that you are curious about how life could be for you with less mental baggage on board.
How?
We will meet as a small group, online, once a week for one month. In between the live sessions you will have my support and the support of the group to help you practice bringing inner work into your daily life activities.
When?
Beginning on Monday 6th February from 7.30pm – 8.45pm and each of the following four Monday's in February.
Investment?
The investment in yourself is just £99 for this Masterclass.
And for those of you who like to see the path ahead, there is a follow-on option which builds on this one and addresses the common challenges and barriers to really living a life with more freedom and ease – Breaking free from the Barriers (take a look at Masterclass 2 for more info).

This masterclass builds on The Inner Work masterclass by acknowledging that even with clear intentions and a strong practice there are still factors which get in the way and can make it challenging to stay on the path of personal growth.
What?
Over 6 weeks you will be supported and guided in breaking free from the common blocks and barriers to inner work:
Why?
Common reasons for joining this 6 week experience are that you keep finding yourself back in the same old patterns of thinking and behaving and have decided that you want to break out of that cycle and experience the freedom that is possible by doing so. You are fed up revisiting the same old stuff and feeling at the mercy of external factors for your internal peace and happiness. You have decided that you are ready to commit to breaking free and finding a way that works with the realities of life.
How?
We will meet as a small group, online, once a week for six weeks. In between the live sessions you will have the support of me and the group to help you practice bringing inner work into your daily life activities. There is no right way to do this, there is no ONE solution so we will work together to co-create solutions that you can try out, share what works for each of us and support each other when we hit a block.
When?
Beginning on Monday 3rd April from 7.30pm – 8.45pm and each of the following Monday’s in April and into May (finishing on 8th May).
Investment?
The investment in yourself is just £135 for this Masterclass. If you choose to do Masterclass 1 first, it is £199 for both (a saving of £35).
